The Awesome Things You’ll Actually Do

          Generate Leads That Matter

          – Find and attract high-quality potential clients

          – Research markets and uncover new opportunities

          – Use tools and platforms to build strong lead pipelines

          Turn Leads Into Conversations

          – Nurture prospects through thoughtful follow-ups

          – Keep CRM clean, updated, and actionable

          – Build real relationships—not just cold outreach

          Keep Operations Tight

          – Handle invoicing (Xero or similar)

          – Manage admin tasks tied to leads and clients

          – Report on performance, insights, and results

          Own Outbound Campaigns

          – Plan and execute email outreach campaigns

          – Track performance and optimize what works

          – Test, tweak, improve—repeat

You’re The Perfect Fit If You

• Have 2+ years in lead generation, outreach, or VA roles
• Speak and write fluent English (other languages = bonus)
• Have experience with CRM tools and lead tracking
• Know your way around outbound email campaigns
• Are comfortable handling invoicing (Xero is a plus)
• Can work independently without constant supervision

• Have managed or mentored a small team
• Are data-driven and love optimizing performance
• Enjoy testing new tools, strategies, and approaches

Work Set-up

• Remote & Full-Time (40 hours per week)
