Our team consists of marketing specialists, designers, photographers & consultants who are here to alleviate the complexities of selling on Amazon. Some of the world’s most popular consumer brands and innovative start-ups are our clients.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Amazon Account Manager/Brand Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in e-commerce and learn the ins and outs of Amazon account management. You’ll receive full support and training from our experienced team while working directly on client accounts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in uploading product listings to Clients’ Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts
  • Support in uploading new content provided by the team (images, copy, A+ content, etc.)
  • Monitor Amazon accounts for policy violations or account health warnings
  • Help with regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with inventory tracking and forecasting
  • Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior team members (e.g., basic updates, clarifications)
  • Stay updated on Amazon’s best practices, new features, and platform updates
  • Support in checking product pages, images, and content against provided checklists

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Amazon VA, Junior Account Manager, or in a related e-commerce role
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic office tools
  • Willingness to learn project management platforms (e.g., Trello)
  • Detail-oriented and eager to grow in the Amazon/e-commerce space
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Amazon flat file uploads
  • Experience with Amazon FBA shipping plans
  • Understanding of basic digital marketing or e-commerce practices
  • Additional language skills (EU languages are a plus)
