The Awesome Things You’ll Actually Do

• Upload product listings & content (images, copy, A+ content—basically make stuff look AMAZING)
• Keep an eye on accounts for any warnings or hiccups.
• Help audit listings so everything’s accurate and perfect.
• Track inventory & support forecasting.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon updates and best practices.

You’re The Perfect Fit If You

• At least have 2 years as an Amazon VA, Junior Account Manager, or e-commerce
• Speak & write excellent English.
• Love organizing and juggling tasks like a pro.
• Know your way around Excel/Google Sheets.
• Are excited to learn project management tools (ClickUp, GoHigh Level, Slack)
• Are curious, detail-oriented, and hungry to grow

Extra Points If You

• Know Amazon flat file uploads or FBA shipping plans.
• Have some digital marketing/e-commerce knowledge
• Speak another language (EU)

Work Set-up

• Remote & Full-Time (40 hours per week)
