About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and loves the excitement of working with top-tier global brands. As a Marketing Executive at Lezzat, you’ll be fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with an international team of amazing people.
You’ll be at the heart of marketing operations, supporting the execution of cutting-edge marketing campaigns, coordinating teams, and managing exciting projects. No day will be the same—you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a direct impact on the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement UTM tracking for all content and campaigns (LinkedIn, video, blogs, ads)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Bitly, and Go High Level
• Manage and optimize website visitor behavior analysis using tools like Microsoft Clarity
• Build and segment leads within Go High Level CRM into clearly defined pipelines
• Create email campaigns and nurture sequences for re-engagement of past leads and prospects
• Develop and execute blog strategy, working with copywriting and design teams
• Manage LinkedIn content calendar and distribution strategy
• Track and report on funnel performance metrics and optimization opportunities
• Assist with content creation planning and coordination across multiple platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Some agency experience is ideal (but not essential depending on your salary expectations)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
• Comfortable learning and working with marketing automation platforms (Go High Level, ClickUp)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify and solve problems
• Experience with UTM tracking, Google Analytics, or similar tracking tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or project management role (bonus points if you’ve worked in Amazon marketing).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong communicator—you’ll work across teams, clients, and platforms, and you’ll need to keep everyone on the same page.
• Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Problem-solver—able to troubleshoot issues and find quick solutions to keep things moving forward.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Amazon marketing and strategy is a plus.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English (bonus if you speak another European language!).
