The Awesome Things You’ll Actually Do

• Manage and optimize client accounts on Seller or Vendor Central
• Upload and oversee product listings and content updates
• Monitor account health and resolve issues proactively
• Run audits to keep listings accurate and high-performing
• Oversee inventory forecasting and review management
• Communicate directly with clients on updates and strategy
• Stay ahead of Amazon trends, tools, and platform changes
• Review listings and content to meet quality standards

You’re The Perfect Fit If You

• Have 3+ years of experience in Amazon account management (in a senior capacity preferred)
• Communicate confidently and professionally in English
• Can manage multiple accounts, timelines, and priorities
• Have strong expertise in Seller Central & Vendor Central (flat files included)
• Are advanced in Excel and comfortable with data
• Can work independently and deliver consistently
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Build strong relationships with clients and teams

Extra Points If You

• Have handled account suspensions and disputes
• Are experienced with FBA shipping plans and disbursements
• Are skilled in PowerPoint and presenting insights
• Can analyze and report on Amazon performance and campaigns
• Speak another language (EU)

Work Set-up

• Remote & Full-Time (40 hours per week)
