The Awesome Things You’ll Actually Do

          Handle Suspensions & Appeals

          – Break down suspension notices and policy violations

          – Build strong, clear Plans of Action (POAs) that actually get results

          – Work directly with Amazon Seller Performance to resolve issues

          Keep Accounts Safe & Compliant

          – Monitor accounts and catch risks before they escalate

          – Stay updated on Amazon policies and enforcement trends

          – Work closely with internal teams to keep accounts clean

          Support & Guide Clients

          – Walk clients through the appeals process with clarity and confidence

          – Set expectations and provide updates (especially when things get stressful)

You’re The Perfect Fit If You

• Have 3+ years of experience handling Amazon suspensions and appeals
• Have a proven track record of successful reinstatements
• Understand different suspension types (IP, inauthentic, reviews, etc.)
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
• Are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setup
• Know your way around Seller Central

Extra Points If You

• Have experience with Amazon PPC or SEO
• Understand global marketplaces and policy differences
• Have knowledge of e-commerce legal or IP-related issues 

Work Set-up

• Remote & Full-Time (40 hours per week)
