Who You’ll Be

• A results-driven Amazon PPC specialist who understands how to scale accounts profitably
• Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable making decisions based on performance metrics
• Proactive and curious, always testing new strategies and features
• Organized and reliable in managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
• A strong communicator who collaborates well with internal teams

The Awesome Things You’ll Actually Do

• Plan, build, and execute Amazon Sponsored Ads strategies (SP, SB, SD)
• Conduct keyword research and continuously optimize bids, match types, and negatives
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance (spend, targeting, KPIs)
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
• Analyze performance data and create clear, actionable reports
• Test and experiment with new Amazon features (e.g., Amazon Posts, Amazon Live)
• Collaborate with account managers and other teams to align PPC with overall strategy

You’re The Perfect Fit If You

• Have at least 1+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
• Have experience working in a marketing agency (preferred)
• Are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Are advanced in Excel and comfortable with data analysis
• Have experience with project management tools like Asana
• Can estimate workload and manage turnaround times effectively
• Are fluent in English (additional EU languages like German, Spanish, or French are a plus)
• Have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Are genuinely passionate about Amazon PPC

Extra Points If You

• Have experience with Google Ads or Google Analytics
• Are Amazon PPC certified
• Have used Amazon PPC tools/software

Work Set-up
