About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Amazon SEO & Data Specialist to support our clients’ growth on Amazon. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and optimizing keywords to ensure maximum visibility and performance of product listings. You will also assist with marketing-related tasks and collaborate with the Data and Account Management teams to deliver top-quality results for clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Research and identify the best-performing keywords for client Amazon listings using SEO and Amazon-specific tools.
• Analyze existing keywords in client listings and suggest data-driven improvements to increase visibility and conversions.
• Extract, organize, and prioritize keywords for new and existing listings to ensure maximum visibility and performance.
• Perform regular keyword audits on client accounts to ensure they remain competitive and optimized.
• Prepare and present keyword analysis reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
• Support marketing activities related to client projects, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Monitor and stay updated with Amazon SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes to continuously improve listing performance.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Creative teams to ensure that optimized keywords are properly implemented in listings, PPC campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Assist with other data-related projects, including competitor analysis and market research.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Amazon SEO, keyword research, or related e-commerce SEO role.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central.
• Proficiency with keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or equivalent).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising metrics is a plus.
