The Awesome Things You’ll Actually Do

• Upload and manage listings across Amazon Seller & Vendor Central
• Implement new content provided by the team
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly account health checks (policy violations, warnings, etc.)
• Perform regular audits to ensure listings are optimized and compliant
• Coordinate with clients on operational needs (shipping questions, content updates, etc.)
• Stay updated on Amazon trends, tools, and best practices
• Review listings, landing pages, and product details against quality checklists

You’re The Perfect Fit If You

• 2+ years experience as an Amazon VA or similar role
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Hands-on experience with Amazon tools and workflows
• Highly organized—you can juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
• Advanced Excel skills (this is non-negotiable)
• Familiar with tools like Asana or other project management platforms
• Sharp attention to detail + analytical mindset
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Great with people—you communicate clearly and professionally

Extra Points If You

• Experience supporting or managing Amazon campaigns
• Strong reporting and performance analysis skills
• PowerPoint skills for presentations
• Technical know-how that helps you work smarter

Work Set-up

• Remote & Full-Time (40 hours per week)
