Lezzat is an Amazon marketing agency based in Reading, UK and Athens, Greece. We are bunch of Amazon sellers ourselves that got frustrated with the process of selling on Amazon, decided to provide our services so others will not face the same problems. Our team constitutes of marketing specialists, designers, photographers & consultants that are here to alleviate the complexities of selling on Amazon. Some of the world’s most popular consumer brands and innovative start-ups are our clients.

About the role
We are looking for a focused, driven Amazon Marketplace Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate stays on top of Amazon’s marketing trends, has experience with Amazon listings, product research and Amazon software tools. You will be required to conduct product searches, review products and create corresponding excel sheets.

Core responsibilities
• Uploading listings to Clients Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts
• Uploading new content the team provides on to seller central or vendor central of the client account
• Doing daily, weekly, and monthly checks on our Amazon Seller Central accounts for any policy violations or account health warnings
• Doing regular audits to our product listings to ensure proper operations
• Communicate with clients (e.g. questions about shipping, content revisions, etc.)
• Staying informed with Amazon’s best practices, new trends and technologies, and platform updates
• Inspecting landing pages, product information and all other listings to check if they conform to your checklist

Preferred skills
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working as an Amazon assistant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experienced in working as Amazon VA preferred
• BSc/BA in Business and/or Marketing from an English speaking institute preferred
• Solid organizational skills to timelines, tasks and documentation across multiple accounts
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (expert in Excel)
• Experience using project management platforms (Asana)
• Able to analyze workload and tasks to estimate turnaround times
• Fluent in English, other EU languages is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical skills
• Research and Problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Most importantly be passionate about communicate and help others

Nice to have
• Proven experience and a track record of leading and managing successful online Amazon campaigns including
• Expert in PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring the performance of all Amazon campaigns
• Strong Technical Capacity
