There are many companies that get this wrong either because they don’t spend enough time doing the needed research or because they lack the knowhow. In a category as competitive as consumer electronics getting this right was of significant important to contributing to the success of the Client’s Amazon store.  

Competitor, niche specific, seasonality, misspellings and historical data were all taken into account when creating the clients keywords spreadsheet. They were then in turn adjusted depending on the clients specific product (for example keywords specific to bathroom speakers vs living room speakers). That ensured that the PPC campaigns, that were included in the client’s Amazon PPC services package, targeted only the highly relevant shoppers and showed the most appropriate listings to them.
