EMF Protection is a UK based company specializing in protective accessories, equipment, homeware and clothing against all types of EMF radiation (5G, WiFI, 4G, RF, RFID etc.). They are the brand owner of several EMF protection related brands and an Amazon seller for over 4 years. The client contacted Lezzat for support with their Amazon UK & US account and needed the following services:
The client had not worked with an Amazon marketing agency before. They were used to doing a lot of their Amazon activities in-house with a dedicated resource looking after Amazon for them. However, this was also a main cause of the problem as the client account was not correctly set up and there were many issues with their listings as a result of not knowing how to properly create listings on Amazon. Issues included wrong SKU & Barcode allocation on products, account violation warnings, incorrect product photography and much more. The client noticed a consistent drop in their sales month after month and decided to do something about it.
At Lezzat, the first step we take before we start a project with a client is to have an in-depth look at their account. How well have they been selling historically? What are their best sellers? Is there seasonality in their products? Do they have any account violations? It is important to understand the status of an account before jumping into delivering a project. This step is crucial as this will reveal if there are any underlining issues that could be compromising the success of the account.
With this client, their Amazon EU account was suspended (Amazon section 3) and that was causing issues to their FBA & FBM activities in UK. Additionally, a few of their parent listings did not have all the correct child listings in there. Furthermore, Amazon introduced a policy whereby it was not allowed for sellers to do PPC campaigns on EMF Protection devices. As such, generating organic traffic to the listings was absolutely key to getting their Amazon sales back on track.
The client had limited knowledge of Amazon and although their account was growing when they started selling on Amazon over 7 years ago for the last year and more they had seen a significant decrease in their sales. Additionally they were unable keep up with the administrative requirements of Amazon as well as listing their products correctly, managing PPC, Amazon product photography and SEO.
After a complete internal audit of their Amazon account, Lezzat was able to identify root causes of issues, avoid future issues and create a plan to start building their Amazon account correctly ultimately improving their profitability.
First stop was to reinstate the account in the EU. At Lezzat we have an Amazon reinstatement expert that helps with all policy violations of our clients accounts. After resolving this issue we then turned our focus on building 10/10 listings on Amazon.

Taking the product photos is the first step, creating them into informative and eye catching infographics is a whole different process. The team had to create over 250 products images in under a month and have them ready and live on Amazon. Photographers, designers, amazon experts and account managers had to all work in synchronisation in order to deliver this project.
While the images were getting ready our Amazon SEO experts started working on getting the right keywords for the listings that needed to be SEO optimized. This involved a range of industry best practice tactics as well as some hacks & tricks that we have learned ourselves from selling on Amazon. Distributing the keywords according to their search volume, competition and importance were extremely important. Due to the PPC ban of their product’s niche, SEO was the only way to build traffic to their listings and grow their account.
